Here is a new twist on the popular exercise form. Like conventional Pilates, we focus on the core, but in Flow we practice movements that are full, continuous, and fluid.

Pilates Flow is a strenuous, yet refined workout that opens, lengthens, aligns, and connects your body. In order to achieve a well rounded workout, we also incorporate wieghts, balance, dance, full range movements, and stretching.

Pilates Flow is exclusively available at Mojo Flow Studio.
